The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural advisory services companies. The main instrument to collect the data was questionnaire and its validity of questionnaire is confirmed by experts and its reliability is measured through Cronbach’s alpha (75%). The data were analyzed by SPSS software version 16. The finding showed that situation of entrepreneurship development in agricultural advisory services companies was undesirable. The results indicated the most important factors on development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural advisory companies was infrastructural, marketing and policy factors respectively.

The project was undertaken to study the evaluation of effectiveness of crop advisory services and suggested measures for filling the gap in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra in India. The survey was carried out in 2010. The data was collected with the help of a specifically designed and pre-tested questionnaire. The project carried out in catchment area of advisory services has given substantial insight on the current status of different dimensions of advisory services running in Aurangabad and also recommends strategies to make advisory services accessible to all. The farmer’s willingness to pay assumes a key role in determining the success of a cost-recovery strategy. During the study it was interesting to note that of all the 115 respondents 46.67% agreed that their critical need was supply of inputs followed by credit purchase on which the advisory services provider should focus. The dissemination channels were not utilized properly. The results of correlation study indicate that the recommendations by the advisory services and the results after advise have a positive correlation with increase in yield showing the effectiveness of these crop advisory services. The results of multivariate regression indicated that the cropping and harvesting method, credit access, input supply linkage, insurance, age, education and interaction with other farmers have the main role in showing the variations of attitude to adoption of the advisory services.

Nowadays advisory services approach has attained a special status in agricultural extension sector. In many countries, where they have improved agricultural extension systems they no longer use the traditional approach through which the agent must visit farmers to solve their problems. Instead special importance has been attached to farmers' participation in agricultural extension activities. Consequently farmers have become of the belief that they must go to visit the specialized agent find solutions to their problems. So a project namely "veterinary advisory services" (in Yazd province) was designed its activities being in the forms of: visit, educational classes, consultancy, and prescription. This study seeks to evaluate this project the study was of a descriptive type. The respondents were livestock farmers, Yazd province. Two hundred and eight farmers were selected through stratified random sampling technique. A questionnaire, completed through interview, was employed as the dta gathering instrument the validity as well as the reliability of the tool was confirmed. Combat's a. was 0.82. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN software. For an analysis of the data, statistic methods of frequency, mean, and Hest were employed. The project showed to have no sigI1ificantrole in the enhancement at livestock farmers' production, their attitude towards improved animal husbandry and improvement of hygiene in the livestock production units. In contrast, the project improved the respondent's families' health as well as their general knowledge of livestock.

Precision agriculture technology is a way to create a balance between increasing population, shortage of resources and the environmental protection. Therefore, enhancing experts’ education in precision agriculture can be accelerated adoption of this technology by farmers. The main objective of this study was assessing extension advisory services experts’ capabilities required in order to education and development of precision agriculture. The population of this study was all extension advisory services experts (142 people) in Shiraz country. 110 of this population were selected by using a simple random sampling. Questionnaire was used to collect data that its face validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and pilot test was performed to evaluate its reliability by Cronbach’s Alpha test. Alpha coefficient was about 0.83. The results revealed that required capabilities of precision agriculture trainers were categorized in three groups: applied capabilities, cognitive capabilities and explanation of consequences. At the end, according to the results, applicable recommendations were presented.

One of the important ways in the community employment trend is entrepreneurship developments which it can effectively help achieve the goals of sustainable development of agriculture if its dimensions and aspects be identified. Since in Iran and according to law, technical and engineering companies and agricultural advisory services are responsible for agricultural issues in rural areas and other areas, in this study, it has been tried to identify and evaluate the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics of members of technical and engineering companies and agricultural advisory services on their willingness to the entrepreneurship. For this purpose, survey method was used and and data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. The statistical society of this research were 50 people who were all the members of technical and engineering companies and agricultural advisory services of Hamedan and Malayer City and the questionnaire was completed by using whole number. The results show that there is not a significant relationship between the age, gender, education level, work experience of patients and their entrepreneurial spirit; and, there is a significant relationship entrepreneurial tendency and some properties related to entrepreneurship like: confidence, courage at work, teamwork sprit, motivation and initiatives, competition, order and the law, risk-taking and job interest.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of advisory services given to wheat producer by wheat farms' advisors that whether or not their knowledge, skills and attitudes toward farms' advisors are enhanced. Descriptive-correlational method is the base of this research. The whole of wheat producers in Tehran province who monitored by wheat advisors in 1384-1385 farming year are selected as statistical population, which among that 135 farmers as a statistical sample by using Cochran' table under stratified randomization method were chosen. Finally 102 questionnaires were filled out and analyzed. Also 100 farmers were chosen as control group from the whole population of farmers who did not monitored by wheat advisors. The instrument validity was confirmed and corrected based on opinions of a panel of experts. A reliability analysis was conducted, cronbach's alpha coefficient value achieved about 0.87. The results shown that the mean of professional knowledge, attitude towards wheat farm's advisors and their skills have significant differences when the two groups of wheat farmers are compared together. The results of bivariate correlation test also show that the adoption of advisors through farmers had a positive relationship with their knowledge, attitude and skills. As a result, offering advisory services to wheat producer through advisors improved technical knowledge, professional skills and attitudes of farmers. Analysis of relationship between variables and effectiveness of advisory services were manifested that there was a meaningful relationship between factors such as education level, mechanization level, the amount of land under wheat cultivation, yield of farm per hectare and income with the effectiveness of advisory services.

Effectiveness and success of agricultural advisory services companies happen by continuing studies on the problems and then, eliminating them. The purpose of this research was to study problems of agricultural engineering and technical advisory services companies. The statistical population of this study included administrators of agricultural engineering and technical advisory services companies in Qazvin Province (N=90). Questionnaires were sent to all the participants picked up by means of census method. Questionnaire was used to collect the data. Reliability and validity of instrument was determined through opinions of faculty members and application of Cronbach’s Alpha (0.83). The findings showed that the most important problems of consultancy services companies were inadequate income, not institutionalized of the private sector in different sectors and levels, and lack of job security. Factor analysis showed that problems of consultancy services companies could be classified in four categories including financial and supportive services, organizational, educational and cultural covered 65.41 percent of variance.
